"Decent for the price, but nothing special"
I ordered a sofa from ashleyfurniture.com because the price seemed reasonable compared to other stores I was looking at. It wasn’t exactly a steal, but it also didn’t feel overpriced, so I figured it was worth trying.

The delivery went smoothly enough, but once I started using the sofa, I noticed it doesn’t feel quite as sturdy as I expected. It does look nice in the room, and it’s comfortable enough for everyday sitting, but there’s just something about it that feels a little underwhelming.

Overall, I’d say it’s okay for what I paid. Not terrible, not amazing. I might buy from them again if there was a really good sale, but I probably wouldn’t rush to get the same one again.

"Refund hit at the worst possible time"
I canceled my order thinking the refund would come through quickly, but of course the timing couldn’t have been worse. It ended up taking way longer than I was told, and I had to call a few times just to figure out what was going on. Each person seemed to give me a slightly different answer, which made it even more frustrating. The money did finally show back up, so it worked out in the end, but the delay was really stressful when I needed it sooner. Not a total disaster, just bad timing and a annoying process.

"Heads up: the delivery crew was excellent"
Just wanted to put this out there for anyone wondering about delivery, my crew showed up on time, were polite the whole way through, and were really careful bringing everything inside. No issues at all, and they did a really solid job.

"Looked great, but didn’t hold up"
The couch looked really nice when I first got it, and I wanted to love it. But after about a year, it started falling apart. It’s not even about expecting it to last forever, but I did think it would hold up better than this. Disappointing overall.

"Not what they promised"
I ordered the gray one because that’s what was shown and promised, but a brown one showed up instead. Frustrating, especially when you’re expecting exactly what you paid for. I reached out to support and they took forever to respond, which just made the whole thing even more annoying.

I ordered from Ashley Furniture, and the delivery itself was mostly fine. The part that had me a little frustrated was trying to get an update from customer service. I had to follow up twice before I got a clear answer, though maybe I was just expecting a faster response than usual.

The rep was friendly once they finally got back to me, so I don’t really want to make it sound like it was a bad experience. I just kept wondering if I was being impatient or if the communication really was that slow. Overall, it was okay, just average...

"Returns are always a hassle with this stuff"
I tried to do an exchange and it took way longer than I expected. I figured the refund would come through after that, but nope, still nothing. it feels like returns with this kind of company are just always going to be a headache.

"The store itself looked nice enough..."
The store itself looked nice enough, but the sales guy was way too pushy. I told him my budget, and he kept trying to talk me into extra warranties anyway. I get that they’re trying to sell add-ons, but I didn’t want to end up spending more than I planned or pay for something I might never use. It made the whole experience feel frustrating instead of helpful.

I ordered from Ashley HomeStore and it went smoothly overall. My sister was actually helping me pick out a few things, and once I decided, checkout was simple. One of the pages loaded a little slow for a minute, but nothing too annoying. I was still able to get my order finished without much hassle...

"Looks good in the room, but a bit of a hassle"
I spent a while looking for a couch that would fit the space and this one actually looks really nice now that it’s set up. The color and style are pretty much what I was hoping for, and the delivery guy was friendly, which I appreciated. After unpacking everything, though, I noticed one of the corners had a scratch from shipping. It wasn’t the end of the world, but after waiting for it to arrive, it was frustrating to have to deal with that. Customer service did help a bit, but the whole process took longer than I expected.

"I bought this sofa thinking it would..."
I bought this sofa thinking it would be a solid upgrade, but it was a letdown. The cushions started going flat within about two weeks, and the fabric began pilling way faster than I expected. It looks really nice in the photos, which kind of makes me feel like they put more effort into making it look good online than making it actually hold up in someone’s home. In person, it just feels cheap, and for the price, I really don’t think it was worth it.

"Setup was honestly such a headache"
Putting this together was way more frustrating than I expected. Some of the parts just didn’t line up right, and the instructions were confusing enough that I kept second-guessing myself. I had to take pieces back apart and redo them twice, which was extra annoying because I was already tired and had a cup of coffee going cold on the table. What should’ve been a simple setup ended up taking forever.

"Looks good, but I’m not loving the comfort"
I bought a sofa from Ashley Furniture, and I’ll give it credit where it’s due — it does look really nice in my living room. I’m not trying to be overly picky or dramatic about it, but for what I paid, I expected it to feel as good as it looks.

The cushions seemed fine at first, but after a few weeks they started feeling stiff and a little uneven. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind it, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want a sofa you can actually relax on for more than a short sit. It’s not the worst couch ever, but I don’t enjoy using it for long

"Financing was easier than I expected, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with the financing, but it ended up being simple. I picked out the sofa, applied right there in the store, and got an answer quickly. They explained the payments in a way that actually made sense, and I didn’t feel pressured or anything. It made it possible for us to get what we needed now, which was a relief. Sounds like that’s how financing should be, right?

"Decent deal, but the fees caught me off guard"
The promo definitely helped bring the price down, which was nice, but the delivery fee felt high once I got to checkout. At that point I kind of felt trapped because I’d already spent time picking everything out, so I just went ahead with it. I just wish the final cost was clearer earlier on
